Jail Monke ($JMONKE) is a token on the Base blockchain and functions as the participation token for people hurt in the Zkasino scam. It obviously has no legal rights in that sense, but it is intended to give the people working for the community a way to gauge community sentiment via a snapshot.org. If those acting for the community believe that a future decision requires community input, they may use this tool.

Importantly, the $JMONKE token contract address on BASE is on the website at jailmonke.com. At this point, $JMONKE is non-transferable and has no value, so do not buy any $JMONKE coins anywhere. They are all scams.
