▶️Basics
This page covers the basic information regarding $JMONKE.
What is $JMONKE?
Jail Monke ($JMONKE) is a token on the Base blockchain and functions as the participation token for people hurt in the Zkasino scam. It obviously has no legal rights in that sense, but it is intended to give the people working for the community a way to gauge community sentiment via a snapshot.org. If those acting for the community believe that a future decision requires community input, they may use this tool.
Importantly, the $JMONKE token contract address on BASE is on the website. At this point, $JMONKE is non-transferable and has no value, so do not buy any $JMONKE coins anywhere. They are all scams.
How do I find my $JMONKE token?
If you deposited in the Zkasino bridge scam, you can find your $JMONKE by adding the BASE chain to your wallet with the following specifications (or via chainlist.org):
Network Name
Base Mainnet
RPC Endpoint
https://mainnet.base.org
Chain ID
8453
Currency Symbol
ETH
Block Explorer
https://basescan.org
You can also just go to explorer.base.org, and search for your wallet address. You should find your $JMONKE right in your wallet.
If you contributed to the Zkasino Seed round, you will need to get in touch with an admin in the Zkasino Legal Task Force (Telegram group linked on the website) and provide proof that you did indeed participate in a seed round for Zkasino and were scammed by Derivatives_Ape, XBT_Prometheus or Sigman0x. You will receive the allocation manually to your wallet.
How do I add my $JMONKE to Metamask or Trustwallet?
Metamask:

Other bridges such as orbiter.finance should also work.
